Scraps Dog Bakery at Mountain Mutts is a family-owned company in the Sierra Foothills, located in Grass Valley, California. In 2003, my grandma and her sisters opened the store to bring their passion for pet wellness to Nevada County. My grandma built a healthy dog bakery for all the local dogs that she loved so much and named the store Scraps Dog Bakery. In addition to homemade treats, they sold quality brand foods, toys and accessories.

In 2021, the next generation bought the company, including myself (Chelsey, granddaughter), my mom Christine, and step-dad Jeffrey. Together, we are committed to grandma's original vision of happy and healthy local pets. We changed the name slightly to Scraps Dog Bakery at Mountain Mutts to fulfill my dream of one day running grandma's business.
